01Who is responsible
NinoGrow is responsible (the “controller”) for the personal data described here. You can reach us at any time at support@ninogrow.com.
02What we collect
We only collect what we need:
- Waitlist: your email address and the language of the page where you signed up.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic and the message you write to us.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or social media pixels. The site does not set cookies, and our fonts and images are served from our own domain.
03Why we use it and on what basis
- To tell you when NinoGrow launches and offer early access — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To answer your messages — based on our legitimate interest in replying to you, or on steps you ask us to take before using our services.
- To keep the site secure and working — based on our legitimate interest in protecting our service and visitors.
We never sell your data, and we never use it to build advertising profiles.
04How long we keep it
- Waitlist: until NinoGrow launches and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask to be removed — whichever comes first.
- Messages: for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, unless we need them longer to meet a legal obligation.
- Technical logs: for the short periods set by our hosting provider for security purposes.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it or complete it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting what we did before.
Write to support@ninogrow.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD); in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
07Visitors in Brazil (LGPD)
If you are in Brazil, Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) also applies. We process your data on the legal bases of consent (waitlist), legitimate interest (security) and preliminary procedures you request (messages). You have every right listed in article 18 of the LGPD, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing and revoking consent. Our data protection contact (encarregado) can be reached at support@ninogrow.com, and you may also complain to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
08Children
This website is meant for parents and carers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The photos of children on this site are illustrative.
09Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will tell the people on our waitlist before it takes effect.
